Pharaoh's Offering by Sandra Leichner

Pharaoh’s Offering by quilt artist Sandra Leichner is appliqued and quilted using Superior Threads.

Dear Quilters,

I’m extremely excited about the Quilt Alliance’s (formerly The Alliance for American Quilts) new project, “Got Tell It at the Quilt Show.” It’s a mini oral history project created in response to the need for anyone who owns a quilt with meaning to save that history. Here’s the tagline:

One quilt
One person
One camera
Three minutes
Another story saved.

This weekend I’ll be in Florida at the Boca Raton Museum recording Go Tell Its – at the Museum. It’s real simple: You bring a quilt you own whether you’ve made it or not, and tell your story for three minutes or less. And it’s saved for posterity on The Quilt Alliance You Tube Channel and web site.

So come join us this weekend and save your – which is our – quilt history! See below for more details.

Happy quilting,

Then, the ever-useful Superior MonoPoly invisible thread which is made from monofilament polyester rather than the normal nylon making it soft rather than wiry.
